Newborn Announcement with Modern Calligraphy
Welcome to the world, baby! A birth announcement card that's everything sugar and spice and all things nice.
A very sweet card was created to celebrate this little one's arrival! Packed full of lovely details, this birth announcement card has a pretty scalloped border in lilac to frame the birth details including a digitised version of her footprints, gold modern calligraphy for her name on each copy, and a faux polaroid affixed with washi tape with pink spots to match the theme. The whole thing was hand-stitched together with wool from the same batch that Granny made her first booties from!
Brief -
Design a birth announcement card, create digitised modern calligraphy for the front, modern calligraphy to the inner of the little girl's name, punch and bind inner to outer using merino wool, attach photo.
